Our Story

This vision comes from founder Seth's deep understanding of both the rewards and challenges of real estate investing. Seth grew up in beautiful San Diego, California, to parents who had the foresight and discipline to invest in real estate, continuing a family tradition that spanned generations. From a young age, Seth was immersed in the family portfolio, helping grow it from single-family properties to multifamily investments. You might say real estate investing was in his DNA.

Today, Seth is an active multi-family investor and graduate of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. He holds Series 22, 63 & 65 licenses along with a California Real Estate Salesperson license. Seth lives in Park City, Utah, with his wife and three children and serves on the Board of Trustees of the United Jewish Federation of Utah.
